Swedish thrashers CARNAL FORGE have issued the following statement regarding their participation in the previously announced "Horns Up Festival Tour 2008" featuring headliners ONSLAUGHT alongside SUICIDAL ANGELS and EUFOBIA:

"CARNAL FORGE was asked by the Romanian promoter Metal Masters Management today [May 1] not to board the flight to Budapest later this evening due to the fact that the promoter was not able to complete his commitments. The other bands that are taking part in the 10-day European tour have already left to Budapest when this statement is being written. CARNAL FORGE regret this has occured and had no part in it. We hope there will be a new tour in the near future."

The "Horns Up Festival Tour 2008" was scheduled to kick off tonight in Baia Mare, Romania.

CARNAL FORGE recently announced the addition of vocalist Peter Tuthill and guitarist Dino Medanhodzic to the group's lineup.
