OMNIUM GATHERUM Announce Live Dates, Continue Writing New Material

Finnish melo-death metallers OMNIUM GATHERUM have announced the following two dates in February/March:

Feb. 13 – Kotka, FIN - Yellowstone
Mar. 05 – Kouvola, FIN - Rytmikatti (w/ SCENT OF FLESH)

OMNIUM GATHERUM will begin recording the follow-up to their highly acclaimed "Spirits and August Light" debut in the summer with engineer Nino Laurenne at Sonic Pump Studios in Helsinki, Finland. New songtitles include "The Fall Went Right Through Here", "Bereavement" and "Misanthropic (Let the Crown Fall)". The band are describing the new material as "more of that old-school (melo)death — groovier and heavier not that trendypopdeathmetalcrap that's extruding everywhere." A late 2004/early 2005 release through Rage Of Achilles Records is expected.
