OCTAGON: Recording Sessions Postponed

June 14, 2004

U.S. avant-garde extreme/progressive metal band OCTAGON have pushed back the recording of their new full-length album, "The Truest Offensive Gesture", to July due to a recurring back injury sustained by drummer Krimson. "As I have done this quite a few times in the past and have continued playing anyway and doing even more damage, I have chosen to take a break since there are no shows lined up at the moment and the CD is being done on our terms... which means it will get done when we want to get it done," Krimson writes on the group's web site.

"The Truest Offensive Gesture" projected track listing:

01. Return to the Black
02. Regression
03. Configuration
04. You Will Fall
05. The Most Magnificent Lie
06. Hate to Be...
07. The Truest Offensive Gesture

A September release through www.metalmusicmayhem.com is expected.
