NOVEMBERS DOOM Cancel TEMPLARS OF DOOM Festival Appearance

June 5, 2004

Chicago doomsters NOVEMBERS DOOM have cancelled their appearance at the Templars Of Doom - The First Crusade, an all-doom metal festival set to take place Saturday, June 19 at Rehearsal Studios in Indianapolis, Indiana. "A personal and medical opportunity has become available and must be attended to," the band write on their web site. "We apologize to anyone who was planning on seeing us this year at the fest, and we will do our best to make up the date."

NOVEMBERS DOOM are currently finishing up the songwriting process for their follow-up to 2002's "To Welcome The Fade", tentatively due in late 2004/early 2005 through an as-yet-undisclosed label. In addition, they have been confirmed for a short five-date tour with THE CHASM, VEHEMENCE, and RESUSCITATOR beginning on August 19 in Phoenix, Arizona. Other cities on the tour will be Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego. Exact dates will be announced within the next week or two.
