Norwegian Stage Sex Man Drops Pants In Court: Photo Available

November 9, 2004

News.com.au is reporting that a couple who sparked outrage by having sex on stage in front of thousands of stunned rock concert goers in Norway (see previous BLABBERMOUTH.NET stories: Story#1, Story#2, Story#3) shocked again Tuesday (Nov. 9) when the man pulled down his trousers in court (photo).

"Oops, I must have dropped my pants," Tommy Hol Ellingsen, 28, said as he stripped in front of reporters during a break at a local court in Kristiansand, southern Norway.

Hol Ellingsen and Petra Leona Johansson, 22, were in court after refusing to pay a fine of 10,000 crowns (approx. $1,570) each for copulating on stage during a concert in July.

Once again, Ellingsen seemed to love the attention and smiled widely as he also announced that he and Johansson had both posters and T-shirts for sale, according to Aftenposten. The couple has claimed all along that their sex stunt was merely aimed at drawing attention to endangered rain forests.

Three members of THE CUMSHOTS, the band that was performing at the Quart Festival in Kristiansand when Ellingsen and Johansson suddenly bounded on stage, also pleaded innocent. They claim they didn't know anything about the sex act.
