April 9, 2010

Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based death/thrash metallers NERVECELL will open for DEICIDE on May 28 at Arabian Winds in Istanbul, Turkey. Also scheduled to appear are Turkish bands MORIBUND OBLIVION and HECATOMB.

This will be NERVECELL's first performance since the band's just-completed tour of Europe with SUFFOCATION.

NERVECELL last year inked a deal with Lifeforce Records. The band's "Preaching Venom" album was released in Europe on October 26, 2009.

"Preaching Venom" was released in April 2008 in the Middle East (via Spellbind Records) and features PSYCROPTIC's David Haley (also of THE AMENTA, RUINS) on drums. The CD was mixed at Hertz Studio (VADER, DECAPITATED, HATE) in Poland by Wieslawscy Bros. and was mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music (SEPULTURA, SUFFOCATION, UNEARTH) in New Windsor, New York.
