NACHTMYSTIUM's 'Doomsday Derelicts' MCD To Be Released Next Month

Chicago-area psychedelic black metal group NACHTMYSTIUM has issued the following update:

"We're proud to announce that we've licensed our own new EP, 'Doomsday Derelicts', from our North American label, Century Media, to be released on our own in-house label, Battle Kommand Records, for release in North America! The CD will be at press shortly and we anticipate a release date of May 5, 2009. This will be a limited edition release, and there will be a mail-order only version with additional items included."

NACHTMYSTIUM's latest full-length album, "Assassins: Black Meddle Part I", was released on June 10, 2008 via Century Media Records in North America and June 23, 2008 through Candlelight Records in Europe.

The "Assassins..." full-length was recorded in December 2007 at Sanford Parker's Volume Studios (RWAKE, MINSK, LAIR OF THE MINOTAUR, PELICAN) and showcases NACHTMYSTIUM's most prolific and expansive sounds to date. The record features Tony Laureano (ANGELCORPSE, NILE, DIMMU BORGIR) on drums, and guest appearances by members of PHARAOH and YAKUZA.
