MY RUIN Begin Mixing 'The Horror Of Beauty', Plan Early 2003 Release

Los Angeles-based MY RUIN, led by the ever-colorful Tairrie B, are currently mixing their third full-length CD, tentatively titled "The Horror Of Beauty", for an early 2003 release through an as-yet-undisclosed label.

Among the song titles set to appear on the album are the following:

06. Burn The Witch
07. 10 Minutes To Hollywood
08. American Psycho
09. Nazimova
10. Bravenet
11. Weightless
12. Stinkface
13. Hot In The House Of God

15. Get Pretty

In addition, the band have recorded covers of PJ HARVEY's "Rid Of Me" and THE PLASMATICS' "Sex Junkie" for use as bonus tracks or various B-sides to be released in conjunction with the upcoming album.

"We plan to release the record early next year and return to the U.K. and Europe as soon as possible to tour it and then get back on the road in the U.S.," said Tairrie.

More information on the upcoming album, including the exact release date, is expected to be made available during the coming weeks.
