MOONSPELL: DVD In Progress

January 19, 2005

MOONSPELL frontman Fernando Ribeiro has posted the following message on the group's official web site:

"These days are strangely long and short. One minute of distraction and you are caught in the night’s mantle without a warning and when you awake up in the mourning of a new day (sic) it seems like you just turned around for the first time in the incantation of sleep.

"This is how I feel with my short days and long nights, cracking the codes of words, looking at them from all real and imaginary perspectives as I awake with my voice repeating the now diurnal words that follow along the music in the room. But before I stray away even further and keep you from life let me then bid you welcome to this new year in our shading company, well, another one.

"The above rows of words were just about composing, which is basically what we do fortunately these days. Waldemar Sorychta, our producer, will arrive soon in our shores and the new songs are incubating, unpretentiously strong to our hearts so far.

"The news are that our long time friends CRADLE OF FILTH stayed true to their darkened word and invited us to support them on their upcoming tour for the 'Nymphatemine' album and we are proud to announce we will team up in this ravenous pack all across Europe and we are happy to visit all the countries again, with a heartfelt note to all countries we haven't gone with the 'Antidote'/spreading an eclipse tour like Spain, Sweden or Norway.

"Upon our return we will be graced with two other headlining shows in Hellas/Greece to end the 'Antidote' tour in style in a country who embraced us so much in the previous visits:

Apr. 16 – Athens, GRE - Gagarin Club
Apr. 17 - Thessaloniki, GRE @ TBA

"In the meanwhile all other activities go on pacing faster than life: DVD in progress, new site as well, and be sure to come back often to find more about all of that."
