German melodic metallers MOB RULES are in the middle of pre-production for their fourth album, tentatively due to be recorded in January for an April 2004 release through SPV Records. The band have completed nine brand-new tracks for the as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2002's "Hollowed Be Thy Name" and have another two or three song ideas in various stages of development. "The musicians promise to hand in a firework of splendorous melodies and gripping arrangements again," reads a post on the group's web site.
