MISFITS, THE DAMNED, THE DICKIES To Team Up For U.S. Tour

MISFITS, THE DAMNED, THE DICKIES, AGNOSTIC FRONT, BALZAC and D.I. will team up for a month-long U.S. tour, dubbed Misfits Fiend Fest, beginning on July 24. Exact dates and venues will be announced soon.

The event will be headlined by the MISFITS all-star lineup of founding member Jerry Only, with special guests Marky Ramone (of the world-famous RAMONES) and Dez Cadena (of BLACK FLAG) in support of the soon to be released "Project 1950" CD. PROJECT 1950, a MISFITS side-project showcasing punk covers of '50s-era classics, is slated for worldwide release in conjunction with the festival kick off. You can expect a full dose of MISFITS classics (both past and present),plus selected RAMONES and BLACK FLAG cuts included in the live set. Some cities may also find occasional surprise guests (schedules permitting).

In other news, a second and final leg of the MISFITS M25 Tour has been added for the U.K. and Ireland in May.

May 26 - Liverpool, UK @ Zanzibar

Also on the MISFITS-related front, Jerry Only will appear at a signing session at the Chiller Theatre Toy, Model and Film Expo located in the swamps of New Jersey on April 25-27. Schedules permitting, Marky Ramone and Dez Cadena may appear with Jerry in the MISFITS booth for the signing as well. The Chiller Theatre Expo happens twice a year offering lots of great guests, vendors and attractions from the world of horror, sci-fi and more.
