MICHAEL ANGELO BATIO, KELLE RHOADS At RHOADSFEST; Video Available

December 20, 2009

Video footage of guitarist Michael Angelo Batio (ex-NITRO) and Kelle Rhoads (brother of Randy Rhoads) performing at this year's Rhoadsfest, which took place December 6, 2009 at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, California, can be viewed below. Batio performed "Tribute To Randy" and Kelle Rhoads played QUIET RIOT's "Back To The Coast" at the event, which was held on Randy's birthday and billed as "the best Randy Rhoads tribute show ever." Also appearing at the concert was RHOADS TO OZZ, which is said to be "the one true authorized Rhoads tribute band."

In 1982, Rhoads, the then-lead guitarist for OZZY OSBOURNE, and two others were killed at Flying Baron Estates, just outside Leesburg, Florida, when their small plane struck Osbourne's tour bus, then crashed into a mansion.
