METALLICA's ROBERT TRUJILLO To Perform At LONDON BASS GUITAR SHOW

January 10, 2016

METALLICA bassist Robert Trujillo will perform on both days at this year's London Bass Guitar Show, set to take place March 12-13 at the London Olympia in London, United Kingdom.

Says Trujillo: "We couldn't have been more excited to be invited to the 2016 London Bass Guitar Show. I'm also looking forward to jammin' and representing the low frequencies with MASS MENTAL, featuring Cameroonian JuJu bassmaster Armand Sabal-Lecco, Whit Crane [UGLY KID JOE], and the U.K.'s own Benji Webbe from SKINDRED. Join us and embark on the funkified magnificuss borderless voyage where many tribes unite and create musical havoc. See you there!"

Robert first came to the attention of bass players worldwide with the California hardcore band SUICIDAL TENDENCIES and their side project INFECTIOUS GROOVES, where he demonstrated both his lightning-fast picking and funk chops. Later stints with OZZY OSBOURNE, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY and Jerry Cantrell's "Degradation Trip" continued to prove his excellence in the rock and metal field, and he easily outshone the competition on his audition for METALLICA back in 2003.
