MERCURY TIDE: 'Searching' Video Released

November 23, 2012

"Searching", the new video from MERCURY TIDE, the band featuring former ANGEL DUST vocalist Dirk Thurisch, can be seen below. The clip was directed by Tim Assmann, who previously worked with JADED HEART, TRISTATECORNER and TRAUMTÄNZER.

The "Searching" digital single includes a very rare cover version of IRON MAIDEN's classic song "Caught Somewhere In Time".

"Searching" comes off MERCURY TIDE's new album, "Killing Saw", which is described as "a natural progression" from the band's last CD, "Why?", which came out in 2003.

"Killing Saw" was released in Europe on May 25 and was made available in the U.S. on July 10 via Limited Access Records. The effort was recorded and mixed at the CKB Recording Studio by drummer and producer Carsten Rehmann (JAPANISCHE KAMPFHÖRSPIELE, KREATOR, HARASAI) and was mixed by Eroc (MATT ROEHR, MYSTIC PROPHECY, FIREWIND).
