MASSEMORD Invite Fans To Write Lyrics For Upcoming CD

November 17, 2004

Norwegian black metal band MASSEMORD are inviting fans to write the lyrics to their fifth CD. "It's easy! Fans just have to send via email (Word format) lyrics, poems or whatever they want and MASSEMORD will choose the best!!!" the group write in a press release. "At the beginning of each song, inside the booklet, will appear the name of the one who wrote the words."

As previously reported, MASSEMORD have signed with the German label Perish In Light for the release of their fourth album, "12 Years of Mass Murders". The 12-year anniversary CD will contain new as well as rare and live recordings. In addition, the album will feature a song inspired by the "Halloween" movie. "It is [leader] Warmachine's personal tribute to the saga," reads a posting on the band's web site.

MASSEMORD's third album, a split release with Norway's SVARTSKOGG, was recently released through The Oath Productions.
