MARTY FRIEDMAN: Guest Appearances, Guitar Seminars Announced

Former MEGADETH guitarist Marty Friedman played lead guitar on one song on the upcoming album, "Monster", from the Japanese heavy rock band 03. The CD will be released on March 31 via Avex Records.

In other news, Friedman will be appearing at The First World Guitar Congress, held June 2-9 in Baltimore, Maryland. Other guest artists include Jennifer Batten and Eric Johnson. For more information, click here.

Marty is currently in the studio writing his own new music, as well as new music with songwriters Tamada and Takada (who penned the latest single for Japanese pop singer Aikawa Nanase, "Ai No Uta").

Friedman will be on tour in Japan with Aikawa Nanase throughout May and June. The dates are as follows:
