MARILYN MANSON Performs PANTERA Cover In DIMEBAG's Honor

December 17, 2004

According to TheMonitor.com, MARILYN MANSON delivered a "poignant" cover of PANTERA's "Revolution is My Name" on Friday (Dec. 10) at La Villa Real Convention Center in McAllen, TX as a tribute to late DAMAGEPLAN/ex-PANTERA guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott, who was gunned down last week.

As previously reported, MTV Germany has reported that MARILYN MANSON will re-release his 2001 hit single "The Nobodies" on January 27, 2005. The maxi-CD single will feature a remix of the new version of "The Nobodies" featuring former NINE INCH OF NAILS and current MARLYN MANSON drummer Chris Vrenna. A new video for "The Nobodies" is reportedly in the works as well.
