MARILYN MANSON Drummer Injured In Fall

The Associated Press is reporting that MARILYN MANSON's drummer broke his wrist and suffered a slight concussion in a fall from the stage at an event in Germany, organizers said.

Drummer Ginger Fish was taken to a hospital in Cologne for treatment after the incident Friday night (Sept. 24) and was released Saturday, Viva television channel said in a statement.

Fish, whose real name is Kenny Wilson, fell off the stage as the band performed a cover version of DEPECHE MODE's "Personal Jesus" at the Comet 2004 award ceremony at the city's Koelnarena. Viva did not say what prompted the fall.

Pictures from the award ceremony are available from Wire Image (show, arrivals).
