MARBLE ARCH: Hard At Work On New Album

July 15, 2003

Swedish atmospheric metal/gothic rock act MARBLE ARCH (formerly EVERCRY) are in the process of demoing material for their sophomore album, tentatively due in early 2004 through Century Media Records.

"The process of writing new songs and recording demos are going great," the band write on their official web site. "We can now reveal that this is going to be the best material so far in MARBLE ARCH history. The sound and atmosphere is very raw and naked. It'll maybe surprise some, but sure not in a negative way!"

Among the working songtitles set to appear on the as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2002's "Another Sunday Bright" are the following:

01. The Sinners Eve
02. These Are The People...
03. Run
04. Welcome Denial
05. Everybody's Here For Love

MARBLE ARCH will perform a 30-minute set at Karlslundsrocken in Bollnäs, Sweden on Saturday, July 19. Other acts set to appear at the event include THE LOST PATROL, THEE MOTHS, TWIG, and BLAZING SKIES.
