MÖTLEY CRÜE Bassist, Ex-Wife Sell Agoura Hills Home For $1.9 Million

December 16, 2007

According to a posting on the Big Time Listings blog, MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx and his ex-wife, former "Baywatch" babe Donna D'Errico, have sold their six-bedroom, 5,269-square-foot house in Agoura Hills, California for $1,900,000. The deal closed on October 25 and was recorded until November 30, according to public records.

Sixx and D'Errico's Spanish-style house was listed in April 2007 for $2,495,000, which had been a major reduction from just under $3 million.

Sixx and his former Playboy Playmate wife D'Errico separated in April 2006 and formally divorced in June 2007. The couple had purchased the house in early 1998 for $985,000, according to public records, and subsequently had extensively refurbished it.

Built in 1982, the Spanish-style villa has four and a half baths, mountain views, a pool area, and a gourmet chef's kitchen, according to listing information. Other features include a family room, a formal dining room, a bonus room, a master bedroom suite with a balcony, vaulted ceiling, two walk-in closets, a spa tub, a steam shower and a redwood sauna. Other features in the house and on the property include one bedroom designed as a sound studio, a pool, a spa, a meditation garden, a vegetable garden, a playground, and a kitchen with granite counters, slate floors, hand-hewn oak cabinets, a copper sink, top-of-the-line appliances and a built-in cappuccino machine.
