The deal closed on October 25 and was recorded until November 30, according to public records.Sixx and D'Errico's Spanish-style house was listed in April 2007 for $2,495,000, which had been a major reduction from just under $3 million. Sixx and his former Playboy Playmate wife D'Errico separated in April 2006 and formally divorced in June 2007. The couple had purchased the house in early 1998 for $985,000, according to public records, and subsequently had extensively refurbished it. Built in 1982, the Spanish-style villa has four and a half baths, mountain views, a pool area, and a gourmet chef's kitchen, according to listing information. Other features include a family room, a formal dining room, a bonus room, a master bedroom suite with a balcony, vaulted ceiling, two walk-in closets, a spa tub, a steam shower and a redwood sauna.
