LINKIN PARK To Donate $65,000 To Hurricane Charley Relief

August 18, 2004

Sympathetic to the plight of Florida residents devastated by the ravages of Hurricane Charley, multi-platinum rockers LINKIN PARK have announced that they will donate $5.00 from every ticket sold for tonight's Projekt Revolution concert at the Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa to the Red Cross Hurricane Charley Relief Fund. The donation will be retroactive and will include all tickets sold for Wednesday's performance (the first show at the Ford Amphitheatre since Hurricane Charley),which will amount to a gift in excess of $65,000.00.

LINKIN PARK wants to do what they can to help those unfortunate people who have had their lives turned upside down by this terrible storm. This is a way for local Projekt Revolution fans to help their neighbors via a reliable relief effort.
