LIMP BIZKIT: Spanish Concert Planned For August?

According to the Spanish web site Deia, LIMP BIZKIT are tentatively scheduled to perform in Bilbao, Spain sometime between August 16 and August 24. No further information is available at this time.

LIMP BIZKIT cancelled all of their previously announced European festival appearances this summer in order to concentrate on completing their next studio effort, due in early September through Flip/Interscope Records.

As previously reported, LIMP BIZKIT's long-awaited new album seemed ready for release in May, but after BIZKIT finally named Mike Smith (ex-SNOT) as the replacement for guitarist Wes Borland, the group scrapped the finished tracks and began working on new material.

LIMP BIZKIT will kick off the Summer Sanitarium tour with METALLICA, LINKIN PARK, DEFTONES and MUDVAYNE on July 4 in Pontiac, Michigan.
