LIFE OF AGONY Drummer Signs With EVANS DRUMHEADS

August 13, 2004

LIFE OF AGONY's Sal Abruscato has signed an exclusive deal with Evans Drumheads. "I am proud to join this reputable drum head company who invented the synthetic drumhead in 1956," Abruscato said in a statement. "No other head has the sound, quality and durability like an Evans drumhead. I look forward to sustaining a long and fruitful relationship with Evans Drumheads."

Sal is currently scheduled to appear at the 2005 NAMM show in Anaheim, CA.

LIFE OF AGONY performed their last show of the year at New Jersey's Hellfest on July 25. "The band wishes to thank all of the fans for coming out and supporting them at all of their shows this past year," the band said in a statement. "LIFE OF AGONY is excited to continue writing for their upcoming studio album to be released sometime in 2005." The new album will mark the first record of new material from the band since their "Soul Searching Sun" release in 1997.
