LEGION OF THE DAMNED Added To SODOM/FINNTROLL European Tour

July 24, 2006

Dutch thrashers LEGION OF THE DAMNED (formerly OCCULT) have posted the following message on their official web site:

"As the time draws near towards our studio time in October, with [producer] Andy Classen, we are still working hard to finish up all the songs. So far we can announce only just one songtitle: 'Atomicide'.

"First, we kick off with some performances at Stonehenge Festival, Wacken Open Air, Summer Breeze open air and Up from the Ground open air. We hope to see you all there!! LEGION OF THE DAMNED is also confirmed for a six-day minitour with SODOM and FINNTROLL in December 2006, which starts in Amsterdam/Melkweg and ends up for the New Year's Eve party at the Z7 in Switzerland. Also, singer Maurice Swinkels will be in the next German Metal Hammer as guest jury member in its magazine soundcheck, rating approximately 35 new CDs."

LEGION OF THE DAMNED's debut album, "Malevolent Rapture", was released in January 2006 via Boomer Entertainment/Massacre Records.
