Norman Silvester of The Sunday Mail reports:Legendary LED ZEPPELIN guitarist Jimmy Page is to give evidence in a Scottish court against a man accused of bootlegging the band's live concerts. Page will appear as a witness at Glasgow Sheriff Court in the case against businessman Robert Langley, of Buckingham. Langley, 59, was arrested at a record fair in the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre, Glasgow, two years ago, with £26,000 (approximately $50,000) of allegedly pirated CDs. Among the massive haul was a range of previously unreleased live material by LED ZEPPELIN, including a concert at Knebworth, England, in 1979. Page, 63, flew up to Scotland and spent a day with investigators from the British Phonographic Institute, identifying the material and confirming they were recordings of the band's work. He will give evidence about how badly the band has been affected by bootlegging in the last 30 years. Read more at The Sunday Mail.
