California metal stalwarts LEATHERWOLF have posted a video of the song "Behind the Gun", directed by Karpis Makusdian, on their MySpace page. "Behind the Gun" comes off the group's latest album, "World Asylum", which was released last June and features original members, guitarist Geoff Gayer and drummer Dean Roberts, alongside singer Wade Black (CRIMSON GLORY, SEVEN WITCHES),guitarist Eric Halpern (KRUCIBLE, Z-LOT-Z),and bassist Pete Perez (RIOT, SPASTIC INK).

In related news, LEATHERWOLF has signed a South American deal with Dynamo Productions for the release of "World Asylum" and the group's eponymous 1984 debut. A tentative release date has been set for early July.

The classic LEATHERWOLF lineup, including vocalist/guitarist Michael Olivieri and guitarist Carey Howe, is slated to co-headline the ninth edition of Germany's Keep It True festival, scheduled for November 3 at the Sporthalle in Dittigheim.
