LAMB OF GOD To Film New Video In January

December 10, 2003

LAMB OF GOD are scheduled to film a video in mid-January with director Dan Rush (who worked with the group on the "Ruin" clip). The video is rumored to be for the title track of the band's current CD, "As the Palaces Burn".

LAMB OF GOD's first-ever DVD, "Terror and Hubris", is expected to become available exclusively online mid-next week. The disc, which is set to be released with a list price of $9.99, will consist of 13 chapters and 11 extras, including 4-5 live performance tracks taken from this year's Hellfest and New England Hardcore and Metal Festival, all three LAMB OF GOD videos, interviews with the group and individual members, promo videos and various self-recorded behind-the-scenes material.

In other news, LAMB OF GOD have issued the following statement regarding their recently completed "Headbangers Ball Tour":

"Taking part in and blowing up the stage every night on the Headbangers Ball Tour was an incredible and unforgettable experience for us. This tour meant a lot to us as a group and we are flattered and honored to have been a part of something that has and will continue making a dent in the industry. This music, this scene, this collective effort is not to be ignored and the success of this tour proves that heavy music — now more than ever — is alive, well and kicking ass. We owe a great deal of thanks to our family and crew, the other bands and their crews, MTV2 and most importantly our friends, fans and family that came together showing support night after night. The real success is there, in the support we receive — you deserve our respect and thanks. We are making a difference, together."
