LACUNA COIL recently launched a tour blog at GuitarWorld.com.

Fans can read about the day-to-day happenings on the band's first U.S. headlining tour in over two years via weekly blog posts from guitarist Cristiano "Pizza" Migliore.

LACUNA COIL's latest album, "Shallow Life", has sold 62,000 copies in the United States since its April 21 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The CD was recorded in September/October at NRG Studios in North Hollywood, California with producer Don Gilmore, who has previously worked with LINKIN PARK, TRAPT, AVRIL LAVIGNE, GOOD CHARLOTTE, THE VERONICAS, PEARL JAM, TRUST COMPANY and DURAN DURAN.

LACUNA COIL kicked off its headlining "American Spellbound Tour" on July 4. Support on the trek came from KILL HANNAH, SEVENTH VOID and DOMMIN. The "American Spellbound Tour" marked LACUNA COIL's first U.S. headlining run in more than two years and the first tour the band has been on since they rocked the main stage of the Music as a Weapon Tour IV this past spring alongside DISTURBED, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE and CHIMAIRA.
