KREATOR, DESTRUCTION Blame 'Small Stage' For New York Gig Cancellation

KREATOR and DESTRUCTION have issued a joint statement explaining the reasons for the cancellation of the groups' Poughkeepsie, New York show at The Chance on Sunday, September 15th.

"The hall in which the band were supposed to play was not available," begins the statement. "The replacement room had only a very small stage for an acoustic set, so the equipment of the band, meaning the drums, amps and speakers, just could not fit on it! Therefore DESTRUCTION and KREATOR had only one choice — to cancel the concert. Sorry to all fans that have been waiting for this show, but the bands were just disappointed and could not change anything about it!"
