KORZUS Confirmed For Brazil's CHIMERA MUSIC FESTIVAL

Long-running Brazilian thrashers KORZUS have been confirmed for the Chimera Music Festival, set to take place Friday, September 23 in São Paulo, Brazil. Also scheduled to perform at the festival are SEPULTURA and headliners SLIPKNOT.

Currently on a promotional tour in support of their highly acclaimed album "Ties of Blood" (2004),KORZUS members Marcello Pompeu (vocals),Silvio Golfetti and Heros Trench (guitars),Dick Siebert (bass) and Rodrigo Oliveira (drums) are promising a very unique performance at the one-day event.

"This concert will be special, 'cause we'll be [playing] with SEPULTURA, with whom we are used to [sharing] the stage since the beginning of our career," said Pompeu. "Besides that, SLIPKNOT represents the new generation strength of and it also has to do with one of our goals featured on the album 'Ties of Blood'; that is, the entire union of all for metal, which is what we all have in common."
