KORN Frontman To Direct Porn Movie

July 4, 2004

KORN frontman Jonathan Davis will co-direct and co-host an adult movie for Vivid Video this month, his wife, former porn star Deven Davis, told adult video industry magazine AVN Online.

"The video will be very hardcore, raw erotic," Deven said when asked to describe the style and tone of the still untitled movie. "Me and Jon are two little kids. If you tell us not to touch something, we're gonna touch it, break it and flip you off in the process.

According to Deven, she and Jonathan will serve as hosts and not have sex in the video.

"There will be no talking, no dialogue in this movie — we are absolutely disgusted by dialogue," she told AVN.com. "We will be making an appearance — there may be nudity or flirtation, but no sex."

The video will have a comedic tone and feature much exclusive music by her husband, recorded especially for the project. The duo will co-direct the video, with Davis likely taking tips from Deven.

"It will definitely have both of our stamp on it," said Deven, who retired from performing four years ago. "This is as much my idea as his, maybe even more so. We met when I was in porn, and we've always talked about making our own movie or collaborating with another company. We've always liked Vivid. Marci and Steve Hirsch have been amazing to us and let us spout out our own ideas. We look forward to shooting in July."
