KONKHRA: New Song Posted Online

July 22, 2007

Danish extreme metallers KONKHRA recently finished re-recording their long-awaited new album after encountering technical difficulties which forced them to scrap some of the previously completed early tracks.

Commented guitarist/vocalist Anders Lundemark: "We have uploaded the song'Hail to the King' from our forthcoming album 'Nothing Is Sacred'. The song is a rough mix, but we think its close enough to upload. We will replace the song once it is 100% finished. So if you have an opinion about the mix or the song you are welcome to shout it out. We will listen to everyone. You can mail the band through [email protected], or if you're a MySpace friend well appreciate it if you took the time to leave us a note. The song is mixed by Tue Madsen, and produced by the band as is the rest of our songs for the new CD. If youre an A&R and want to hear more, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We have several cool offers (thanks for keeping us in mind!) but we will take our time and look at everything we get between now and the next month or so. By then we should be able to make a decision and finally get this pile of twisted, bent-outta-shape out from the shadows."

KONKHRA released its latest CD, "Reality Check", in May 2003 through Code666 Records. The album was recorded at guitarist/vocalist Anders Lundemark's own Starstruck Studio and was the group's first since their split with longtime label Diehard Records.
