KITTIE's Set Gets Cut Short Over Complaints Of Profanity

KITTIE's set at The Live Room in Abilene, Texas last Thursday (Nov. 6) was cut short by local law enforcement due to alleged multiple complaints of profanity and loud music. The tour manager was allegedly threatened with arrest if he did not end the show. KITTIE had to stop in the middle of "Brackish" and one eyewitness reported that security had to bulk up the barricade in front of the stage to stop fans from destroying it. "The police told the tour manager, 'End it, end it now, or you go to jail. I will put the cuffs on you right now,' the eyewitness said. "He (the tour manager) went to the stage and said, 'We are done! Now!' and the band stopped in mid-song."

KITTIE have a few remaining dates on their Kiss Of Infamy tour with support acts MOTOGRATER and 40 BELOW SUMMER. The band are reportedly receiving an overwhelming response to their five new songs, which they are debuting on this tour.
