Germany's JCS (JESUS CHRYSLER SUPERSKUNK), who feature in their ranks former DESTRUCTION members Sven Vormann (drums), Michael "Ano" Piranio (guitar, also in EPHEMERA'S PARTY) and Thomas Rosenmerkel (vocals, also in EPHEMERA'S PARTY), along with DRYROT guitarist Micheal Gerstlauer, and NECRONOMICON/EPHEMERA'S PARTY bassist Bernhard "Erna" Matt, are contemplating the possibility of self-financing the recording of the group's debut full-length album after the band's attempts at shopping a recent three-song demo resulted in a lot of positive reviews but no record deal offers. If all goes according to plan, the album will be recorded in January/February for a late spring/early summer 2003 release.
