JEFF KOLLMAN And VIRGIL DONATI To Team Up For Special Performance

Guitarist Jeff Kollman (GLENN HUGHES, $IGN OF 4) will make an appearance at the Baked Potato, 3878 Cahuenga Blvd W., in North Hollywood, CA on Thursday, June 3 for a special one-night only performance with drummer extraordinaire Virgil Donati (PLANET X, STEVE VAI),celebrated German bassist Jörg "J.K." Kleutgens, and keyboardist Hans Zermuehlen (GLENN HUGHES, FRANK GAMBALE). The impromptu quartet will be performing material from various sources, including songs from Kleutgens' and Kollman's catalog.

Kollman will be back at the Baked Potato the following Thursday, June 10, with his regular trio, COSMOSQUAD, featuring drummer Shane Gaalaas (B'Z, GLENN HUGHES, $IGN OF 4) and bassist Christopher Maloney (HARDLINE, DWEEZIL ZAPPA),who is filling in for Barry Sparks.

In related news, the JEFF KOLLMAN BAND are set to make their return to Europe in the fall with a run of dates in October. The shows will see Kollman reunited with former bandmate, bassist Kevin Chown (ARTENSION, TONY MACALPINE, MAGNITUDE 9),for the first time since their days in Ohio-based prog metal stalwarts EDWIN DARE. Charlie Waymire (EGH, ADRIAN GALYSH) will handle drums. The following JKB tour dates are confirmed:
