JAMES HETFIELD, SAMMY HAGAR, JOE SATRIANI To Perform At 'Acoustic-4-A-Cure' Benefit Concert

James Hetfield (METALLICA),Sammy Hagar (VAN HALEN, CHICKENFOOT),Billie Joe Armstrong (GREEN DAY),Joe Satriani (CHICKENFOOT) and Nancy Wilson (HEART) are among the artists who will take part in the first annual "Acoustic-4-A-Cure" concert on May 15 at the Fillmore in San Francisco, California.

The event, which will benefit the Pediatric Cancer Program at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital, will see the musicians playing solo sets, once-in-a-lifetime duets and jam sessions.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, March 21 at 10 a.m. via Live Nation and will only be available on a will-call basis on the night of the show.
