It's Official: IN FLAMES, CHIMAIRA To Tour Australia

Sweden's IN FLAMES have confirmed that they will be embarking on a short Australian tour with CHIMAIRA beginning in mid-September. The confirmed dates and venues are as follows:

Sep. 17 – Heaven - Adelaide, AUS (all ages)
Sep. 18 - Hi-Fi Bar - Melbourne, AUS (18+)
Sep. 19 - Hi-Fi Bar - Melbourne, AUS (matinee, under 18)
Sep. 21 - Manning Bar – Sydney, AUS (all ages)
Sep. 22 - Manning Bar - Sydney, AUS (18+)

In other IN FLAMES-related news, the Metal Hammer Golden Gods award show goes out on British national TV (ITV) at 1:10 a.m. in the morning on Saturday, July 3.

IN FLAMES won the Golden God award for "Best Underground Act" at the ceremony, which took place in early June at the Ocean in Hackney, London. The TV program will also feature footage from IN FLAMES' "The Quiet Place" video clip, award acceptance speech from singer Anders Fridén and guitarist Björn Gelotte, and interviews. A repeat of the Metal Hammer Golden Gods awards show will be available on the ITV2 channel.
