Israeli female-fronted, melodic doom/death metal band DISTORTED has inked a three-album, worldwide deal with Candlelight Records. The group will enter the studio before the end of the year to record its second album for an early 2008 release.

DISTORTED's full-length debut, "Memorial", was released in Europe in May 2006 via France's Bad Reputation Records. The CD, which was issued in Israel in March 2006 via NMC Records, was recorded in February 2005 at Underground Studio in Sweden under the watchful eye of Pelle Seather.
