IRON MAIDEN To Headline Bulgaria's SONISPHERE

British heavy metal legends IRON MAIDEN will headline the Bulgarian edition of the Sonisphere festival, set to take place June 21, 2011 at Sofia National Hippodrome Bankya. Also scheduled to appear are SLIPKNOT, ALICE COOPER, MASTODON and APOCALYPTICA.

Tickets will cost from 90 leva for the pit and 120-150 leva for seating allocation, while the "fan zone" tickets are priced at 150 leva. For camping, the price is 20 leva, including tents or caravans.

Tickets will go on sale from noon on March 10 at Eventim.

According to SofiaEcho.com, Bulgarian state rail company BDZ will provide specially designated trains for fans to and from the festival.
