INTENSE Part Ways With Bassist, Announce Replacement

August 29, 2004

English power metallers INTENSE have parted ways with bassist Adrian Lambert and have replaced him with Stephe Brine. "Stephe has actually been with us for some months now, having firstly successfully auditioned for the position, and subsequently rehearsed and gigged with the band for all of our most recent shows in the UK and in Europe," the band write on their web site. "To his credit, the transition has been a pretty seamless one, and has allowed INTENSE to continue to build momentum in support of 'Second Sight'. Stephe has fit well into the band both on and off stage, and we look forward to working with him in both a live and studio capacity in the months ahead."

INTENSE's sophomore album, "Second Sight", was released this past spring through Italy's Underground Symphony Records. The CD was recorded at the renowned Thin Ice Studios in Surrey with producer Karl Groom (THRESHOLD).
