IN THIS MOMENT: Behind-The-Scenes Footage From ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK MAYHEM

July 30, 2010

Southern California's IN THIS MOMENT has teamed up with Alternative Press to exclusively present a special feature where Maria Brink (vocals) and Chris Howorth (guitar) tell the story behind each song on the band's third album, "A Star-Crossed Wasteland". Check it out at this location.

An eight-minute clip featuring behind-the-scenes footage from IN THIS MOMENT's run on this year's Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival tour can be viewed below.

IN THIS MOMENT will play a series of special headlining shows beginning immediately after Mayhem to get them back to Los Angeles for a massive homecoming concert at the Whisky A Go Go on Saturday, August 21. Support on all dates will come from the Las Vegas-based hard rock act OTHERWISE, whose lead singer, Adrian Patrick, will join IN THIS MOMENT on stage at every show to perform the song "The Promise" as a duet with Brink.

"A Star-Crossed Wasteland" sold 10,500 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 40 on The Billboard 200 chart.

IN THIS MOMENT's sophomore CD, "The Dream", opened with more than 8,000 copies back in October 2008 to land at No. 70.

"A Star-Crossed Wasteland" was released on July 13 via Century Media Records. The CD was recorded at The Wolves Den studio in Las Vegas, Nevada with producer Kevin Churko (OZZY OSBOURNE, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH).

IN THIS MOMENT's "The Gun Show" video was filmed in the Los Angeles area on May 16 with director David Brodsky (THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, WHITECHAPEL, OPIATE FOR THE MASSES) of MyGoodEye, who previously worked on the band's "Forever" clip.

IN THIS MOMENT is represented by Mercenary Management, which is headed up by OZZY OSBOURNE/ex-ROB ZOMBIE bassist Rob "Blasko" Nicholson.
