IGNOMINIOUS INCARCERATION Begins Recording Debut Album

September 2, 2008

Fast-rising British death metal band IGNOMINIOUS INCARCERATION entered the studio this past Monday (September 1) to begin recording its debut album titled "The Legacy".

The talented young five-piece — which delivers "instantly recognizable, crushing, modern death metal, while being unmistakably rooted in tradition death metal" — is recording the CD Grindstone Studios in Suffolk with producer Scott Atkins (GAMA BOMB, SYLOSIS).

IGNOMINIOUS INCARCERATION has been moving fast since forming in 2006, quickly being tipped as one of the best new British death metal acts, and has already toured with the likes of TRIGGER THE BLOODSHED, BLEED FROM WITHIN and BRING ME THE HORIZON.

"The Legacy" is due to be released by Earache Records in early 2009.

The band will be taking a break from the studio in October to tour with BRING ME THE HORIZON in Europe. After finishing work in the recording studio, the band will head out on tour in Europe with CRYPTOPSY, BENEATH THE MASSACRE and TRIGGER THE BLOODSHED.
