HIRAX Replace SODOM At MINNEAPOLIS MAYHEM 2 Festival

May 2, 2005

Reunited Los Angeles metallers HIRAX have replaced SODOM on the billing of this weekend's Minneapolis Mayhem 2 festival. As previously reported, SODOM cancelled their previously announced appearance at the festival "due to the fact that they did not get their paper work from the delivery service to get their work visas," according to the event's organizers.

Minneapolis Mayhem 2, set to take place May 6-7 at Star Central in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, will include appearances by DEW-SCENTED, USURPER, NOVEMBERS DOOM, SADUS and AVENGER OF BLOOD, among others.

HIRAX contributed the track "Hostile Territory" to the recently released compilation "Louder than Hell", available now on Six Weeks Records. The compilation also features THE ACCUSED, TOXIC NARCOTIC, MUNICIPAL WASTE and VOETSEK.

HIRAX are continuing to tour in support of their latest album, "The New Age of Terror", which was released in May 2004.
