HEVEIN: New Single Sample Posted Online

March 20, 2005

An audio sample of the new HEVEIN single, "iOta", has been posted online at the group's official web site.

Due on April 6 via Spinefarm Records, the "iOta" single consists of the title cut and "Worth Fighting For". The recording was mixed by Mikko Karmila at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki and was mastered at Chartmakers by Svante Forsbäck.

HEVEIN, whose musical style is being described as "Finnish melodic thrash," were signed on the strength of their "Break Out the Hammers" EP, which was mixed last year at Sonic Pump studios by Nino Laurenne and mastered at Finnvox studios by Minerva Pappi. The group are currently hard at work on their debut album, "Sound Over Matter", at Sonic Pump for a late 2005 release.
