HELL ON EARTH: Festival Promoter Lied To Us

Industrial rock band HELL ON EARTH have issued the following statement via their official web site:

"Jack Koshick, promoter for the Florida Sun n' Steel Metalfest, was caught in his own web of lies after HELL ON EARTH's meeting with Pinellas Expo Center's General Manager John LaChance and Koshick.

"During the meeting, it was revealed that neither LaChance, nor any Baptist Fundamentalists had any part in canceling the band as Koshick had claimed. It became apparent, for unknown reasons, Koshick alone had decided to breach the band's contract and cancel them from the show.

"When band leader Billy Tourtelot reminded him of their contract, Koshick was quoted as saying, 'Sue me!'
