'Heavy Aerobics': The 'Heaviest' Workout In The World

January 11, 2011

24-year-old Estonian female hard rock singer Marya Roxx (born Maarja Kivi) — who released her debut album, "Payback Time", in Europe last November — has issued the following update:

"I am again in Estonia to be with my family and friends and I just discovered a great new workout — Heavy Aerobics [Heviaeroobika]! It takes place at one of our rock clubs and you get a great workout with metal and rock tunes in the background. I love it; it is definitely the best place to get rid of any excess holiday weight, plus more energy to fight with the viruses and the cold. I would definitely recommend this to all women , so look it up if you ever visit Tallinn!

2009 saw Marya Roxx turn from bass player with platinum-selling pop/rock sensation VANILLA NINJA into the credible rock/metal artist she always aspired to be.

With her debut album, "Payback Time", produced by Kevin Shirley (IRON MAIDEN, HIM, DREAM THEATER),Marya has assembled a powerhouse of a band which includes former ANTHRAX guitarist Paul Crook, Scott Metaxas from NUCLEAR ASSAULT and the exceptional Jim Roe from INCANTATION.

A star in the making, Marya has already headlined her own European tours and opened for a number of big-named artists, including PRIMAL FEAR and SKINDRED.
