HEART IN HAND Signs With SIEGE OF AMIDA RECORDS

February 22, 2011

Siege Of Amida Records has announced the signing of the fast-rising melodic hardcore act HEART IN HAND. The band's debut album, "Only Memories", will be released in May. The CD was produced by Andy Hayball, who has previously worked with SLIPKNOT and BRING ME THE HORIZON, among others.

HEART IN HAND has steadily built a loyal following after supporting heavyweight bands such as FOR THE FALLEN DREAMS, DEAD SWANS, CARPATHIAN and GALLOWS, to name a few..

In early 2009 HEART IN HAND self-released a six-track debut EP, "Heart In Hand". Songs like "Give Blood" and "Getting Married In Vegas" showcased the band's ability to merge heavy-hitting grooves and chops with heartfelt soundscapes and stirring lyrics.

Commented the band: "We are really excited to announce that HEART IN HAND have signed to Siege Of Amida Records. It will be amazing to work with a record label that throughout the years have put out some of the finest U.K. metal acts around, and it will be a pleasure to release our first album through them.

"We are super-excited for the world to hear our debut album, 'Only Memories' . A lot of blood, sweat and tears have literally gone into writing and recording it.

"We have definitely grown as people and musicians during the last year, and the album is a huge step up from our self-titled EP. So much more passion, aggression and emotion have been put into this record and it really shows. We are very proud of what we have created, and are really looking forward to getting back on the road and touring our asses off!"
