HAMMERFALL Announce More Festival Dates

July 7, 2003

HAMMERFALL guitarist Oscar Dronjak has posted the following update to the band's official web site:

"Summer is upon us now, and we are in the midst of the festival season. A couple of shows are already behind us, among others Bang Your Head, Masters Of Metal and two Swedish folkfests. I must say that, so far, my expectations have been far exceeded! We had a blast at each and every one of the gigs so far, and especially the Czech Republic surprised me, showing some true fighting spirit and being ten times better than expected.

"Next up is Metal Mania in Spain, with IRON MAIDEN, PRIMAL FEAR and SAXON (and many more, of course). Should also be a fantastic experience, the Spanish fans have never let us down so far and I know they won't this time either. It will also be cool to play together with the MAIDENs for the first time, looking forward to that a lot. Now, I'm off on vacation for a little while. I suggest you do the same, if given the opportunity. Enjoy the great summer feeling of sitting in the sun with a cold beer and listening to your favorite (metal) music. I know damn sure I will! Cheers!"
