HALFORD Guitarist 'METAL' MIKE CHLASCIAK Announces U.S. Guitar Clinic Dates

July 16, 2013

Guitarist "Metal" Mike Chlasciak (HALFORD, TESTAMENT, SEBASTIAN BACH, PAINMUSEUM) will embark on part one of "The Metalworker" guitar clinic mini-tour late this month.

The dates, sponsored by D'Addario strings and Intellitouch tuners, will see Mike perform tracks from his newly released solo album, "The Metalworker". Each clinic will additionally include a question-and-answer session, plenty of guitar tips, giveaways courtesy of the sponsors and a meet-and-greet.

"I'm looking forward to getting out and doing some performances from the CD and simply spending some time with metal shredders on the East Coast," commented Mike.

The dates are:

July 19 - Pro-Line Music - Fairless Hills, PA
Aug. 04 - School Of Rock - Montclair, NJ
Sep. 07 - School Of Rock - Wayne, NJ

"The Metalworker" was released on July 4 via Chlasciak's own imprint CMM Entertainment and is available via iTunes, Amazon and via physical format. The disc features Chlasciak and vocalist Carlos Zema (OUTWORLD, VOUGHAN) alongside Kevin Talley (DAATH, CHIMAIRA, HATE ETERNAL, SIX FEET UNDER) on drums and Mike LePond (SYMPHONY X) on bass.

In related news, Mike's annual "Metal Camp - Mayhem In The Mountains" with School Of Rock is set to take place August 18-24. Located at Camp Lakota in upstate New York, the "Metal Camp" offers lessons and band performance experience for young metalheads aged 12-18.
