Hacker Targets CHESTER BENNINGTON's Widow Hours After Singer's Suicide

A series of vile messages were posted on the Twitter account of Chester Bennington's widow after it was hacked Friday morning — just hours after the singer's shocking suicide.

In the tweets, which have since been deleted, someone posting as Talinda Bennington "confessed" that she was cheating on her husband with band member Mike Shinoda.

"I guess this is the time to say it but I have been cheating on Chester with Mike Shinoda....," the hacker wrote. "I never really loved him and I'm not hacked I just was in love with the money hurts to say," the hacker said in another tweet.

The last tweet said the account was "not hacked." "I never really loved him and I'm not hacked I just was in love with the money hurts to say (sic)," the post read.

A representative for LINKIN PARK confirmed Friday to Page Six the security breach is being dealt with following the hack.

This is not the first time Chester and his wife have had problems with neurotic fans. In 2006, the cell phone, e-mail and PayPal accounts of the couple were hacked by cyber stalkers. Two years later, a woman was jailed for two years for stalking Bennington and Talinda.

Bennington married Talinda in December 2005. They have three children. Talinda is also stepmother to Chester's three other kids from previous relationships.

Bennington died of an apparent suicide Thursday morning, the Los Angeles County coroner confirmed. He was 41.

The singer struggled with drugs and alcohol for years. He had said in the past he had considered committing suicide because he had been abused as a child by an older male.
